Goal: As a small local business, Les Creme hopes to expand generate sales, enhance brand awareness, and increase wholesale opportunities. Specific goals include -
Increase social following while nurturing engagement across agreed upon platforms.
Gain at least 800 followers in 6 months.
Create cohesive influencer campaigns and determine synergistic brands for strategic partnerships.
Drive sales through digital advertising - social & Google.
Adding A Little Sparkle
In order to achieve their goals, I helped open new digital pathways and enhancing current efforts. At the foundation, Instagram is the #1 place I engage with their customer base. The platform allows me to show off Les Creme’s personality as not just any natural skincare/candle, but one that is unique, real, and dedicated to its customers.
Their social content consists of eye-catching, relevant pop culture graphics, product photography, and UGC. Instagram stories are dedicated to highlighting their mission, new products, sales, and knowledge about natural skincare.
Results
Since working with Les Creme, we’ve gotten the chance to reach new audiences in different states, partner with micro-influencers, participate in giveaways, and create seasonal promotions. Our platform has allowed us to educate others about the benefits of natural skincare.
