Role: Social Media & Community Manager

Goal: Jimmy’s Famous American Tavern seeks to lean into providing the food scene with a place for family and community to gather. It’s an elevated “Cheers,” that seeks to be home to local regulars as a favorite neighborhood hangout, bar, and restaurant. In addition to being a local favorite, our Jimmy’s locations are friendly and incredible spots for tourists to experience a taste of the area without the impersonal big chain feel.

Chef creations play a huge role in creating (or having created) the Jimmy’s “famous” entrees or best sellers. This is an experience for the palette with passion that focuses on the most important people: their guests.

Bringing The Party Online

Through their social media content, we want to put an emphasis on sustainable practices, fresh & unique food that highlights chef specials, delicious handcrafted cocktails, and people & community.

All copy, photos, and graphics aim to tell a story about the J-FAT dining experience.

Copy is lighthearted, inviting, charismatic, and Family Friendly.

Our content is shaped around buckets: Content shown should include: food & drink, lifestyle, and sustainability.

RESULTS

With our use of hashtags, constant engagement, interactive, fun stories, influencer collaborations, and timely deals, JFAT continues to wow both new and old customers and drive traffic even in the midst of the pandemic.
