GOAL:
As a local restaurant in San Diego, Isola’s big goal is to better connect with their audiences and keep them informed about special promotions going on all time. As their prime social media lead, it is my responsibility to stay on top of creating content that illustrates those changing deals all while providing excellent customer service even online.
APPROACH
All content created has Isola’s branding in mind. Content is fresh, with constant photoshoots and new story series springing up every month. I work with them to make sure all their promotions are being shared, important updated are pushed out, and posts are 100% transparent.
I curate a mix of photos and graphics to make their various social media feeds. Their Yelp and Google Business accounts are constantly monitored to make sure we are answering customer needs and thanking them for visiting.
RESULTS
With our use of hashtags, constant engagement, and interesting deals, Isola is always attracting new audiences and finding ways grow their loyal customer base.
