“Infusing Brand Authority through caffeinated strategies & communications.”

Located in the sunny city of surf, tacos, and “chill vibes,” Brandesso is a new player in San Diego’s marketing industry. Established in 2014, Brandesso has been energizing a diverse clientele, offering a spectrum of creative services. As a full-service agency, Brandesso offers brand consulting, digital marketing, public & media relations, web design, content creation, and virtual assistance.

GOAL: Create a social media strategy and brand voice for Brandesso.

ROLE: Creative Intern (Now, Marketing Assistant!)

Fun Fact: I was Brandesso’s very first intern! Being a small start-up, I worked closely with Brandesso’s Founder & Creative Director, Ashley Graham. Blogger turned Entrepreneur, Ashley has taught me the ropes in all things branding, media relations, and social media management. To this day, I consider her one of my most supportive femtors! (Shout out to you, Ash!) After graduating, I started to freelance for Brandesso as their Marketing Assistant helping with various copywriting, social media, and public relations projects.

PROCESS: During my internship at Brandesso, the company was going through a huge re-brand. I was able to help contribute to that. Taking on their social media strategy, it was my goal to caffeinate their platforms by creating content that showcases their unique story.

That’s me!

RESULTS: With the use of hashtags, I tremendously grew Brandesso’s following in two months. I was able to fully engage with Brandesso’s audience, further connecting the brand with new users interested in both our content and services. Our content focused on channeling the #BOSSBABE mentality all while providing a sneak peek in the mind of Ashley and the works we have created for their clients. I also used my writing skills to the test and wrote all the copy for their social media platforms and website homepage.

Along with that, I authored various articles about digital marketing for their company blog, Coffee Break!

In this blog post, I shared useful tools that can make your social media management process much more seamless.

Interning at Brandesso also gave me the opportunity to work with clients for the first time. I assisted with media pitches and influencer outreach for client Grater Grilled Cheese and create social content for client Real Estate Magazine.

Since freelancing, I have had the opportunity to work with their client Jayde’s Market in creating copy for their new website also done by Brandesso.
